The student factory m’a sauvé, dans la pleine de canicule extreme, pas bcp de l’hôtel à Orleans ont eu le climat, en plus très cher, c’était le meilleure choix ! Très propre, tout neuf, grâce à un cuisinette, on peut chauffer qqch ou cuisiner simple facilement. L’équipe de manager est gentille et agressive à communiquer. Le tram B est juste face du logement. Fortement recommandé !

La studette est dans une résidence (toute neuve) pour étudiants. L'hébergement est équipé de plaque électrique, frigo, bouilloire et vaisselle. Il y a un arrêt de Tram devant. Possibilité de réserver un emplacement de parking (payant) sous l'immeuble (l'accès se trouve dans une rue adjacente). Vous recevez toutes les informations à l'avance pour savoir comment récupérer vos clés et codes d'accès. La gérante vous demandera votre adresse mél ou votre téléphone pour la transmission de ces informations et vous demande de régler la taxe de séjour avant votre séjour (parce que vous pouvez quitter la résidence pendant la fermeture de l'accueil). Service convenable et professionnel. Une expérience intéressante pour un séjour agréable : établissement à conseiller.
