Nice location, steps away from shoppings, restaurants, ADO terminal, ferry... The courtyard is lush with tropical plants. Rooftop offers unbeatable view of the ocean. Room could use some update though - toilet doesn't flush well; no bedside socket which is very inconvenient

This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian only and it has a lot of action. In the hotel we received an excellent service from Nellye and Lizzy at the reception. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good location close to 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. No beach, rooftop has 1 small table and 2 chairs and absolutely no shade. Room was clean. Now the downsides, bed was hard as a rock, noise from next door where you could hear every word said! Bathrooms need an upgrade badly. Television set on Spanish only. Also outside by the small pool which I saw no one use, there were only 2 beach chairs. So after 1 night we contacted Expedia and they were very accommodating and we were able to move to another place the next day.

We would happily stay again. The hotel was half a block from the beach and half a block from the main tourist strip of 5th avenue (but wasn’t in the middle of the strip noise wasn’t a real issue here). It was a block from the ADO bus station. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the hotel was clean and it does have a lift access to upper floors.

This hotel was perfect for our family on our first trip to Playa del Carmen. It is a very short walk from both the beach and 5th Avenue, making it convenient for everything. The hotel is clean, the grounds are beautiful and quiet, and the staff are very helpful. If we make it back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

For the money this place is excellent. You will work to flush the toilet and the bed just needs a lil softer mattress. But if you want a place to stay that is clean, safe, at the beach, steps from great walking/shopping/ and eating, this is the place is for you. I would stay again

This was the most amazing location!! A few steps to the beach one way and a few steps to 5th Avenue the other way. I loved being so close to everything yet tucked away on a side street where it was much quieter. Inside the hotel is like a private oasis with a pool and so many trees! Just gorgeous!!

Beautiful garden courtyard with little cenote, friendly staff, and wonderful, informative, helpful manager named Jose. Great breakfast too. The sundeck on the roof has the best view of the nearby beach. I love this hotel and will return. Thanks to the entire staff at Hotel Posada Sian Kaan!
