Room was clean enough but not absolutely spotless (found a hair that wasn't mine. These things happen). All facilities what I needed and firmly in the "budget" space. Nothing extra. Breakfast was also firmly in the budget space. What I need out of a breakfast over what I want out of a breakfast. Good value overall, got what I paid for. Staff: super friendly, welcoming, accommodating. Showed me a place to store my bike in the hotel. Recommended the best coffee shop I've been to in years. Big fan of the staff.
