Upon check in the front staff refused to provide breakfast despite being stated on the confirmation. When pointing to the facts we were indirectly accused for lying.
I have seldom been so insulted by a professional establishment and has to spend half an hour with the support team at an enormous roaming cost before the hotel agreed to honour the booking.
No one from hotel management bothered to provide an apology and it was only upon check out they presented a piece of chocolate for the inconvenience.
I expect far better from Hilton!
