"The room was clean and the decor was unique and fun. Elevators were good sized which isn’t always the case in Graduate hotels. Valet parking attendants and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Carts were convenient to Valet and there were enough of them. . The room was not comfortable for me. It was more than humid; damp is a better word. It got better as the night went on, so I think they didn’t turn on the A/C until shortly before I got there. The bed seemed too firm, although that is a personal preference. The A/C was really loud and my bed was vibrating from it.. There wasn’t any tea in the coffee set up, and the property didn’t even have black tea when I called and spoke with guest services- only chamomile"
