We really enjoyed our stay at the Cove. It's rare to find a hotel away from the touristy old port area. The Plateau are is full of great restaurants and shops in close walking distance. The apart hotel aspect of the Cove made our stay really comfortable. Will be back!

For the price, this studio apartment represents great value for such a good position. Very secure coded entry to the 24hr reception lobby and further coded entry to the apartment. Simply furnished and not the most comfortable, but with the bonus of a good shower, washing machine and tumble drier. 2 minute stroll to the metro, brilliant boulangerie/café next door and plenty of restaurants within easy reach.

If you want to be immersed in a neighborhood this is the spot. Not the easiest to get to via car but once you are here you don't need the car anymore. Great bakeries within a block. Lots of food and drink choices. Def rent a bixi and cycle around.

Really convenient location near the station and plenty of shops nearby. Room's floor was slightly sticky and some surfaces dusty. Full amenities were included and the staff were very efficient with check in and check out! Overall a pleasant stay and would come again!

Great location with an excellent selection of restaurants nearby and a metro station just a short walk away. It’s also next to an amazing French bakery. The hotel itself is excellent very comfortable and convenient, with both a washer and dryer. I definitely recommend staying here.

6/10 Good

More of an apartment than a hotel. Fantastic location in Montréal's Plateau area. Loads of cafés and restaurants nearby and walkable to Mont Royal. Amenities very good - washing machine and tumble dryer within the apartment. Cleanliness was not the best, with stains on the walls and some hair on the floor. Also noticed a silverfish a few times in the bathroom. Air conditioning filter was completely clogged with dust which I cleaned myself. Linen all clean and bathroom facilities clean. Noise levels not an issue for sleep. If the place increases its cleanliness standard then it would be excellent.

8/10 Very good

Pros - the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. I had questions about parking and they were able to give me detailed options nearby. Location was also great. Cons - first impressions was that the space has not been vacuumed in a long time. There were dust balls and some dirt/debris downstairs (on the lower level floor). I would have asked them to do some housekeeping, but we wanted to unpack and get settled in. The water in the bathtub didn't drain well, we were standing in an inch of water as we were showering. Other than that, the rest of the space was clean and spacious. The location was great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. I would book here again.
