Neïra Boutique Hotel & Spa
"A gem of a hotel right in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Everything you need is a walking distance. Everything about it was worth the money. Stayed about 1 week and everyday was blown away by the views, either from the room itself or from the rooftop which was easily one of the best views you can get in any city. The service was 5star from the beginning, Walid and his team were the most helpful, friendly and cheerful staff I've met, we ordered the massage in the spa and that was fantastic. The pool area and loungers were great. All i can say is if you ever want to take to a trip to Sidi Bou Said make sure you stop over at Neira, its amazing. Many thanks and appreciation to all the team there from the cleaners, the breakfast ladies, Ibrahim and Feriel the most amazing hotel staff."
La Demeure
"The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us with was pure sunshine. She radiated joy and warmth. When J realized that he wouldn’t be there to see us off, he left flowers and an incredibly sweet note in our room. On our last night J ended up coming in on his day off to hang out, and we go to spend a lovely evening with C, J and A before they sent us off to pack with a pre-made breakfast ready since we had to leave at 2a. I can’t sing the praises of the staff here enough. I consider them friends and am so excited to see what they do next. They made a nice vacation into the best trip of my life. I cannot wait to return."
