I cannot recommend this hotel. The room we received did not match the quality presented in the listing. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. We also encountered pillows that appeared to have mold or mildew, which caused respiratory concerns for me. As someone with breathing issues, this was especially troubling. My wife and I had to interrupt our stay and spend valuable vacation time trying to resolve the situation instead of enjoying Cartagena. While the staff communicated with us, the refund process became inconsistent between the hotel and Expedia, leaving the issue unresolved. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. Travelers should carefully inspect their room upon arrival and document any issues immediately.
