고객으로 대접받는다는 느낌 보다는 호텔주인이 뭔가 손해보면서 객식구 재워주는 듯한 떨떠름한 대우. 시설을 이용하기 이전에 제일 처음 대하는 곳이 리셉션이고 직원입니다. 최소한의 호텔리어 마인드가 없는 호텔이었습니다. 어디 싸구려 여인숙에 묶다 나오는 사용자가 된 느낌이었습니다. 재방문은 앞으로 발생하지.않을겁니다.

시어머님 모시고 짧은 여행 다녀왔습니다. 목포 자체는 좋았고 호텔도 위치와 침대와 객실은 좋았지만. 밤새 술파티 벌이는 60대 어르신들 때문에 한잠도 못잤습니다. 원래가 호텔로 지은게 아닌 듯. 객실 밖 복도가 엄청 울립니다. 아무것도 없어서 더 울리는 듯. 분위기는 요양원 분위기. 객실 내는 큰 문제가 없었지만 정말 민폐도 그런 민폐가 없었습니다. 밤새 술 퍼마시고 디른 투숙객한테 미안하다 미안하다~~ 그 소리가 계속 층에 울려서 아주 시끄러워서 짜증이 났네요. 민폐 투숙객들도 그렇고, 웅웅웅 말소리까지 다 들리는 4층 홀도… 올라와보지도 않는 직원들도…. 체크인도 5시인데. 그것도 딱 정각에만 된다고 아주 프론트에서 단호하더라고요. 거기다 향은 어찌나 진한지. 1층 로비에 이상한 향이 너무 독해서 머리가 아플 정도… ㅠㅠ 구역질이 날 정도로 저희 식구들에게는 독했습니다. 그 향을 견디고 4층에 투숙. 객실이 넓직해서 좋긴 한데, 창으로 영산강이 펼쳐져서 좋긴 한데, 밤에 잠을 못잤어요. 외부 소음이 너무 심해서… 환불 요청하고 싶은데 꾹 참고 그냥 체크아웃 했습니다. 화장실에서도 특이한 향. 냄새가 났어요. 무슨 향인지 모르겠지만. 암튼 너무 힘들었습니다. 국내외 여행을 그렇게 다녀봤어도 특정국가 사람들 말고 이렇게 민폐인 투숙객들 처음 봤습니다. 다른 객실과 실랑이하느라 또 시끄럽게 떠들고. 다른 호텔 갈 걸… 하고 엄청 후회했네요. 이 글을 쓰는 지금도 매우 피곤합니다. 이번 여행은 정말 밤에 소음으로 한잠도 못자서 여러모로 불편하고 힘들고 짜증나는 여행이었어요.

깨끗하고 깔끔했고, 조용하였습니다. 출장으로 1박 했는데, 10여분 걸어서 롯데마트가 있어 쇼핑을 즐길수 있고, 아침에 바로 옆의 영산강 탄천 조깅 환경이 좋읍니다. 주변에 공원이 있어 부담없이 이쁜 봄을 느낄수 있었습니다. 직원분들도 친절, 감사 드려요 최고였어요
