I really hate posting negative reviews but this hotel was extremely unfriendly to foreigners. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet leaked water. I could have let that go because the price was fair and the view was beautiful but I really felt unwelcome here. One of the staff members was so rude that I actually checked out of this hotel early and stayed at the Porto Alegre Doubletree instead (Much cleaner and friendlier). Don't waste your money at this place. The manager seemed nice and apologetic and said I would be refunded for the four nights I didn't stay but that didn't happen either. They literally refused to refund my money for nights I didn't stay. I've never in my life been treated so poorly at any hotel.

Tivemos um problema no check in ( qto ao pagamento, que já tinha sido efetuado, mas estavam nos cobrando novamente), o gerente solucionou. Cama e travesseiros ruins. E não tem box no banheiro, só cortina, o que acaba molhando todo o banheiro. No mais tudo ok. Serviço de manobrista é check out muito bons

Bom hotel. Ficamos 3 dias. O recepcionista que fez o meu check in foi simpático e nos destinou um quarto com linda vista para o por do sol no Guaíba. O hotel está bem localizado. O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar, café saía frio da térmica e os itens eram repetitivos. O mobiliário também está um pouco gasto, uma repaginação seria bem-vinda. Tomadas e luminárias não estão à cabeceira, dificultando seu uso.
