I had a wonderful experience at 19 Duke Street. I was greeted with warm welcome from the friendly staff, who made me feel at home right away. Also, staff was very helpful. The room was lovely, beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. I could not have asked for the better stay and will definatelly be back!!

Really excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout. We had one small maintenance issue with a skylight, but it was sorted quickly and without fuss. That kind of service really stands out. We’ll definitely be staying again. This was our third visit.

Excellent central location but room was still overpriced for its size & amenities. Appreciated how clean it was but didn’t feel towels needed to be replaced daily. Unfortunately, it was so hot that it really felt uncomfortable, especially at night.

Had a great stay. Took the dog and the staff were so friendly and welcoming with him! Spotlessley clean, perfect location and a great price. Only slight downside was the king bed was actually two singles pushed together with a mattess topper over. Would still definitely stay again though!
