Enjoyed our stay here, brillant location for Bristol City centre, lots of places nearby, we stayed for visit to hippodrome which is less than 1 min away. Staff helpful, even had car parking for fee. Would definitely come & stay again.

6/10 Good

Staff were very helpful, room was spacious and clean. Only disappointment was lack of bar facilities; everything locked and getting the bar unlocked and drinks served was a bit like ‘Faulty Towers’.

It was fine, not particularly modern with a reasonably bland and forgettable interior. However, bed was comfy and room was quiet - just nothing too fancy

10/10 Exceptional

Great location, was really impressed with the large room and giant bed. Staff was lovely and it’s clearly a very dog friendly hotel; they offered dog bed and bowls. Had to reserve a parking spot via email ahead as they haven’t got loads, but reasonably easy to do and worked out. Would absolutely stay here again.

6/10 Good

Great location. Staff friendly Check in quick Room - pillows flat, bed comfy, very dated furniture that was a mismatch (looked like they went and found stuff on the side of a road and thought, that will do) and carpet very grubby, room had an overriding smell of carpet cleaner or polish. Window overlooked a wall and a small window at the front that was covered in dust.
