The property is old style motel, but kept up nicely. There is plenty of parking & very close, 1 minute walk, to the beach. It is basically a summer destination but also good for a stopover on the way to northern Maine's many vacation spots.

I had a fantastic time at the Inn on Soho Square during my visit to Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The location was perfect—just a short walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The room was spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn’t hear the train at night, which made for a peaceful stay. I’ll definitely be returning 100% for another great experience!

Location, location, location. My 13 yo grandson and I stayed for 2 nights. Room is clean and functional and close to everything. They do need privacy curtains as the blinds do not block the lights on porch.

New linens were very much appreciated. Very tight squeeze in the room. Air conditioner was very loud. The staff was good Ana was awesome. Great location. No real room to sit on the deck on the bottom floor as everyone walked past you and there was only a foot and a half between the deck chairs and the railing.

Had a decent time during our stay, staff was excellent in having us do the check in process remotely as we couldn’t make it in before the office closed, really don’t have any bad to say other than that it was wicked noisy and we didn’t get a ton of sleep because of the nearby bars etc but decent for the price.the parking was a nightmare though.

The man at the counter was friendly seemed helpful. The photo of the room on the site was definitely ether right after a renovation or a room that had been renovated. Stuff was falling apart. There was a train every two hours all night that shook the whole building and opened the bathroom door. The front door did not seem to lock properly, which I was not a fan of. No soap at all. I didn’t know that was a thing. The carpet actually felt sticky. I don’t know what that was about. I get it, it’s an old building and it is next to the ocean, stuff gets abused. Just don’t put up photos that don’t actually represent what the room is. My fault for going a little bit cheaper.

Hotel seemed clean. Had no idea where the pool was located. Train that runs behind the hotel was startling. Drunk people screaming outside our window all night. Beds are very uncomfortable. Lights outside our room were very bright at night making it hard to sleep. Best part about the room was how close it is to the beach. Not a great place if you have kids with the drunk people at night yelling.

The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel. But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay. If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice.
