I loved this hotel. What sets the Fidelity apart from other hotels? It’s not your standard cookie cutter corporate hotel. It has so much character. I love that elements from the original structure were retained. For those who don’t know, this building was once HQ for Proctor and Gamble. It’s a beautiful building. The guest rooms are stunning with the rich color palettes and thoughtful decorative touches. While you’re here, try the Gwynne Restaurant and Bar. Be sure to try one of their craft cocktails. I had the Gwynne Heiress. It was divine.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was great; staff was kind and helpful, facility was very clean, and the food and drinks from the cafe were yummy. I mentioned while booking that we were in town celebrating my fiance’s birthday and they upgraded us to a suite from a regular room for no extra charge! The only thing I can say negatively is we never saw a water bottle refilling station, which was advertised. No biggie, other than that we were very impressed by this hotel!

Outstanding in every conceivable way! Lovely young lady at check in desk offered me a discount, of which I was unaware, I had earned on Expedia and applied it to my bill. Restaurant staff was personable and knowledgeable about menu despite having only been open for a couple of weeks. The room accommodations? 5 star in every way. I’ve traveled quite a bit and this was possible the nicest hotel I’ve ever experienced. It will be my home away from home when in Cincinnati.

a historical building just down the street from the great american ballpark. we stayed on opening night, and absolutely adored it. the staff was very helpful. there was a problem with our original room but management upgraded us to a suite. it came with board games and my sisters enjoyed the scrabble board. we’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in cincinnati very much recommend

We stayed in a suite on the 11th floor. The steam shower was amazing and there was ample space with the separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, etc. The only thing that got me into my feelings was the phone call to our room at 9am claiming that there were several complaints about our dog barking. I recognize that the person that called from the front desk was just doing their job, and may or may not have visited the floor of our suite. The fact of the matter was that our dog didn’t make a sound from 10:30pm until about 9am when I accidentally stepped on her tootsie on our way out for her morning walk. I’m guessing that the claim was made in an attempt to request a discount or such, but the entire staff and every single person who interacted with The Mill Diggy had nothing but positive things to say about her. The staff was awesome to her as well, and she probably gained 5 lbs from all the treats, it is just maddening being told you did something when you know it isn’t true. Everything else was great and if someone was hurting for funds and needed to run that hustle I will throw them the money next time so they don’t have to lie as a grown ass adult. Also the hotel not accepting cash was a bummer.
