1. check in process more than 30 minutes because front desk person wanted to argue with me that my room was not paid for in advance, so I needed to have another person investigate the fact that I did pay in advance with hotels.com! the girl at front desk had no idea about reservation system but decided to be rude and argue! 2. As a Platinum Ambassador I was entitled to room upgrade which the person at the front desk checking in said it was done, but it was not, as I found out when entering room. The manager on duty, Victor did remedied the situation 3. I was informed that club level was not finished, but they had temporary club room but was not open in morning, so they handed me a piece of paper that stated that breakfast was included at restaurant because of this situation, but then the front desk girl argues with me that its not included and the sheet of paper she just handed me is wrong!! 4. forget about getting sparkling water at club room unless you want to wait for half hour then have staff argue with you that its not included at club room 5. forget about using Wi-Fi as it only works for about 5 minutes at a time, 6.forget about getting the to contact you or provide any solutions, as I requested he contact me the first 3 days of my stay without any result or contact. 6. forget about using gym, pool or any other published services, as NOT finished or opened. I guess they forgot to state this on website and or at time of booking!
