The carpet in my room wasn't the best because there were already some stains but the rest was very good. Big room with a big bed and a nice bathroom. I even had a little water boiler to make some coffee in the morning.

Great hotel with extra tempur cussion.. However an elderly British party was at the hotel this night, way too drunk and also pushed the fire alarm at leave 06:30 approximately ... That was a bit annoying. The staff was harassed by the British guests during the evening..

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop on our way south. The hotel was easy to find, the welcome was friendly and efficient and the room was great. It’s not a luxurious hotel but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean & functional. The parking is under the hotel and felt very safe. We walked into the centre of Troyes, which took about 15 mins.

avoid this hotel
avoid this hotel if you drive an electric car. You apparently have to book a charging station in advance and some are broken. It doesn't say anywhere that you have to book a charging station. The breakfast was also disappointingly poor with vegetables or options.
