Initially, it was a little difficult to identify the entrance;however everything after that was great. This quaint hotel complemented the Venice feel with antique furniture, art and moldings throughout. The breakfast was traditional Italian and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

This place is a cheap hotel with the price of a 4-star. My room was in front of the cleaners' cabinet, so there was noise all the time in the afternoon. Front desk has zero willingness to accommodate guests's necessities. I won't be returning.

Pros- front desk staff was lovely and the room was modern. Cons- our room had no windows and the bathroom fans were so loud we heard them through the walls of other people’s rooms which woke us up. Our room wasn’t ready on time and the staff dropped the ball on sending us a taxi but quickly remedied it and we’re apologetic. It’s not a romantic place to stay but it wasn’t bad.

Really happy with this hotel. We always look for hotels with breakfast, and this one had one of the better ones with sausage and eggs and a variety of pastries. Our room included the breakfast and we had to leave early on our last day, so they packed a breakfast to go.
