Great hotel in Enkhuizen
This is a lovely hotel in a quiet part of Enkhuizen, in a mostly residential area. "Downtown"/the harbor area is about a 20 minute walk with some beautiful old houses along the way. Service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and modern and well-maintained and the breakfast area/lounge is very comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was quite good with plenty of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
Super nice and helpful staff. Due to Covid restrictions, I was one of the only guests during my stay at the Hotel De Koepoort. The one staff member set up a great buffet breakfast and cooked great meals (especially since all of the restaurants were closed). They were very friendly and helpful during my stay during the odd conditions. Room was a good size, very clean, and had good wifi. Parking was right across the street which was convenient.

Please note that I booked two rooms with Expedia but had to cancel my sister's room ( Dr. Joan Dickson,) owing to illness This cancellation was made with the hotel by telephone several days in advance . The staff could not have been more understanding.

Nice hotel, a bit of a walk from the station
The staff were friendly and wecoming but the hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, which is a consideration if elderly or with lots of luggage. The hotel itself, lounge and lobbies sre updated, modern, but lack real charm. The room was nice and quiet, bed nice. Breakfast so/so.
