Second time I've stayed here, second time I've loved it. Friendly, helpful staff; nice rooms; relatively quiet: good restaurant and easy walk to several more. It has consistent hot water and is very clean and well-maintained. Stairs required from street to lobby. Elevator available once there.

Amabilidad y buena vista.
El personal fue muy amable y servicial, el desayuno agradable, la atención profesional. Ojalá se actualizaran algunos detalles de la propiedad que merecen estar mejor dada su calidad. La azotea es magnífica y tiene una gran vista de los nevados quizás ese espacio podría adecuarse más para los turistas. Gente muy servicial, vale la pena el hotel.

IT WAS A GOOD HOTEL, PRETTY MUCH AN AVERAGE HOTEL FOR THE HUARAZ AREA, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE HOTEL CONDITION IS OK BUT THE BEDROOM WAS BETTER. I WOULD SAY PERFECT HOTEL FOR SLEEPING AND THEN HAVE FUN WITH THE LOCAL ATTACTIONS ALL DAY LONG !

Good choice at a good price
Hotel is clean, pleasant and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of Plaza. Friendly and efficient staff and good restaurant. Plenty of hot water. No safes to store valuables. A bit of street noise (Peruvians love to tap their horns, though it quiets down late night) but better than a lot of places. I would recommend.

Nos agradó la impecable limpieza, ubicación, comfortabilidad, servicio de restaurante, y el magnífico trató de todos los empleados del Hotel La Joya. Muy Buen Servicio
Desde que llegamos la atención fue muy buena, nos ayudaron con las maletas y nos hicieron early check in. El lobby del hotel es bastante acogedor. El personal siempre se mostro atento a resolver nuestras dudas y darnos facilidades. El único aspecto en contra que encuentro es que el precio es un poco elevado. Al irnos nos dieron un obsequio.
