Location is great! Close to everything you might need: groceries, restaurants, the parks. Staff was nice but they are clearly overwhelmed. Coffee and tea available in the morning. Rooms are rundown, but NO insects/bugs were present. The guests by me were smoking weed, being disrespectful of others, but I notified staff and they took care of it. Pool was extremely clean. Cleaning in rooms can be better: I wiped all surfaces and wipes were really dirty.
