Awesome location for the price - Cocoa Beach is my favorite place! Near restaurants, stores but most of all-the BEACH.

Room is very damp/humid. No WiFi. Front desk did not answer my call when I tried calling 3 different times. Only one power outlet in the room. We did not feel safe. Personal items left behind by cleaners/ previous guest. A nasty washcloth was left in the window.

I’ve stayed at many motels, but this was by far the worst. First of all, it is basically a rent/live by the week or month establishment. Drug deals were going on outside our rooms and in the parking lot. And while we were gone for dinner, someone broke into our room. The linen was stained. I don’t know with what. And there was no phone in the room. And the kitchenette consisted of a 3 foot refrigerator and a microwave on top. And the smell in the room was horrific…Do not listen to their reviews. It was absolutely There is no way anyone could have a good experience in this establishment…. And while we were there, multiple people checked in and checked right out. we flew into Florida therefore we had no vehicle. But we found mercy at the Hilton and they gave us a room.🙏

We checked in and the man at the front desk was nice enough. We got our keys and had to take our suitcases up the stairs. It was a Motel 6 no elevator, that is to be expected. Got to the room after walking past several people sitting outside of the rooms smoking. Opened our door and the room had a foul odor, wooden floors with paint stains and a small television with two queen beds not a stick of furniture! We went to eat and saw several nice hotels by the pier with ocean view balconies we went back to our place and more people were sitting outside of their rooms smoking and now they had animals. The weird thing is there is No furniture in the room so where do they get these chairs? We left and got a balcony room at another hotel. I paid 163 dollars for the room at Motel 6! I will never stay at a Motel 6 again, let the buyer beware. Nice room at a resort hotel was 235 dollars 72 dollars more but worth every penny. I did not ask about a refund I am sure the guy at the hotel would say I paid Motels. Com not him.

The floor was so dirty you could taste it!! Earlier check in was an extra $20 bucks! For what?! I had to mop the floor in the room. The furniture was broken and so outdated I thought it was 1986! All was missing was a Rubix Cube with missing colors! We left the next morning. It looked more like a homeless shelter for adults and pets. I can see why they were pet friendly… okay.

The room was OK. Staff was courteous but they wanted $20 to check in 30 minutes early. That's not really that big of a deal but after all the money I already paid, I'll not be using the motel 6 again.

When I checked in they did not have my room type ready, they rebooked for a less expensive room. They charged me for the less expensive room and stated the original charge would get credited back. Still waiting for my refund.

First of all, they gave us the wrong room. We reserved a room with a kitchenette, and this room didn’t have one. The photos online do not match the room. After we complained, they refunded some of the money. The floors were wood laminate, and they were filthy. I took a wet washcloth and wiped the floor down completely. I rinsed it out and wiped the floor again and it was still filthy. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Maybe in another part of the motel it works, but not in our room. They did hold our luggage for us because we arrived in the morning and check in time is 3 PM. They offered to give us a room earlier, for extra money. It is only about a block from the beach. We would not stay here again.
