Excelente servicio del personal. Sin embargo, recomendaríamos prestar más atenciones con los huéspedes, ya que no respetan el reglamento de la alberca y por ende, el espacio ajeno. Salpican y hay que cuidarse de los balones con los que juegan.

El hotel es un lugar agradable, habitaciones limpias, alberca de buen tamaño. Hay detalles que podrían mejorar, por ejemplo. Si quieres salir del hotel siempre tienes que pedir a recepción que te abran, también al llegar tienes que tocar el timbre y esperar a que salgan a abrir, eso llega a ser un tanto incómodo. En los días que nos hospedarnos solo en el primero había sillas y camastros al rededor de la alberca, los otros días los quitaron y solo dejaron dos. Hay algunas mesas redondas techadas pero son de uso exclusivo para el restaurante.
