Brug pengene andet sted!
Helt elendigt! Outdated og beskidt. Værelserne er vanvittigt lydt; både fra etagen ovenover samt omkringliggende værelser. Man kan høre ALT. Hertil skal der hænges udover altan - skal der skimtes vand. Brusekabinen er en joke - plastikindsats og virkelig ulækker. Aircondition larmer som aldrig oplevet før. Personalet er uhøflig og ved ikke de arbejder indenfor servicefaget; både ved reception og morgenmad. Poolområdet er ikke et sted for andet end børn uden ble! Poolbar er en joke; drinkskort outdated og smagen derefter. Smager elendigt og alle lavede mærkelige ansigtsudtryk når de smagte derfor cocktails. Bliv væk.

im Großen und Ganzen ist es ganz gut gewesen
in unserem zimmer wurden tagelang das Duschgel und Shampoo nicht aufgefüllt obwohl ich es mehrmals kommuniziert hatte. Zimmer wurde Sonntag und Montag gut gereinigt aber dann ab Dienstag war eine andere Putzfrau zuständig und sie hat schrecklich gereinigt bzw. Das Zimmer fast gar nicht gereinigt. Abendessen hat mir persönlich nicht gefallen aber das Frühstück ist wirklich herrlich! Strandservice exzellent, super sauber und die Liegen sind auch sehr komfortabel. Poolbar ist echt nice gewesen und auch jeden Morgen wurde gereinigt der Poolbereich extrem hygienisch und gut finde ich es. Parkplatz ist sicher. Personal war extrem nett bis auf die unfreundliche Küchen-Chefin am Omelette und Crepe Stand.

Nach sehr aufwändigen Telefonaten mit ebookers und dem Hotel (da die 2 wohl nicht miteinander sprechen und das was wir gebucht haben das Hotel so nicht anbietet aber wir mussten es dann austragen... zusätzlich wurde der Name noch falsch weiter gegeben) waren wir froh, dass es uns doch gut gefallen hat. Super essen, tolle Poolanlage, super Strand. Sehr kleine Zimmer, Betten unbequem (harte Matratzen) und für uns kein 5 Sterne Hotel, eher 4 . Aber wir wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben. Hat uns gut gefallen.

-Hôtel parfait, piscine magnifique avec bar, chambre spacieuse et bonne literie. Animations pour les enfants. Plage devant l’hôtel. -on entend parler que l’allemand! On oubli presque qu’on est en Italie, dommage. Personnel pas chaleureux (à part la femme de chambre). Ils sont tous pressés, stressés c’est décevant pour un 5 étoiles, j’ai eu mieux dans des hôtels moins noté.
