I booked this trip for my clode friend. She was extremely disapoibted because the A/C didnt work and she spoke with the front desk more than once on the issue. Additionally during her stay housekeeping never changed the linens..she did not enjoy her stay at all. It was very uncomfortable

Dominica is beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The on site restaurant is outstanding. The air conditioning broke. The microwave didn’t work. They charged me twice for the room, I called, they processed a refund AND THEN REVERSED THE REFUND for the second charge, so that’s become a thing. All this adds up to one of the better places to stay on the island.

The property is very outdated. The rooms are not up to standard for the price being paid. The hotel only provides a bath soap ( no shampoo, conditioner and cream) My wife and son stayed with me, but only received two bath towels- requested an additional towel-this was never received Stayed two nights and room was never serviced while there. Will not be staying there again.

Nous avons apprécié sur la vue sur plage et morne cabrits, la proximité du logement par rapport à la route principale de Portsmouth. Magnifique coucher de soleil. En revanche, l'appartement est un peu vétuste, nous avons un gros problème avec la gazinière et la climatisation.
