Staff were VERY nice and helpful! Nice variety of breakfast choices. Room clean. Awful smell outside (feedlot nearby), SO many birds and at least one dozen feral cats around and on top building. Cats are not aggressive, birds were just being birds and needed immediate carwash.

Fine for an overnight stay.
It was comfortable for an overnight stay. The bed was comfy, there's a desk and chair plus another side chair and ottoman. Two side tables. The bathroom was good. Decent breakfast in the morning. The property could use more maintenance. There were two washers and dryers, but only one of each worked. It was good to have at least one available though. There are several feral cats roaming the property. They really should pressure wash the walkways. Overall decent place. A few places to eat nearby.

Location of hotel is pretty good, it is close to Freeway 5 and there are 2 gas stations right next to hotel, staff was nice and friendly, room is quiet, bed and bedding was very comfortable, we slept very well, breakfast was good, they kept the eggs and potatoes in steamer so we had very hot breakfast, the only thing bothered me was there were too many stray cats in the parking and the garden, those cats tried to ask food from people, one of them came across the parking and we almost run over it because it was dark in the evening, and the weather was so cold and rainy, those cats had no shelter to sleep, they just sit in front of my door all night, they are very poor so we can’t help to feed them a bit our food. I hope someone can send them to a place warmer and safer.

Decent place
The staff and location were fine. We went across to Harris Ranch for dinner in the bar. The unusual thing was the many pigeons on the roofs of the buildings and feral cats wandering the property. Our room was very nice inside and it was nice to have breakfast in the morning.

Am almost perfect stay.
The room was very clean and up to date amenities wise. We loved the fact that there was coffee available to make as well as a refrigerator in the room. We loved the continental complimentary breakfast and meal room as well. The staff were very helpful and kind. The only thing I think that could’ve been a perfect stay would be the water pressure coming out of the outdated shower heads. Also, we noticed there seems to be a fly issue outside our room, so we had to run in and out as quick as possible to keep them from coming in the room.

I always stay here and part of the reason is because they have baths in their rooms. The bathtub didn’t work. There was a bug in the room kinda scary but no big deal. I’ll still stay here again.

We usually look forward to our stays at BW hotels. However, this was probably the worst BW experience. The bathroom floor looked dirty, the mattress sloped on one side so we had to sleep in the middle. We were in room 101, birds or bats chirped all night long and there were bugs inside and outside the room due to the bird poop on the ground. The breakfast was ok.
