Chegamos no apartameto no 17 andar com 3 crianças que foram informadas na reserva e percebemos que o apartamento não tinha redes de proteção, o que foi prontamente resolvido pelo proprietario no mesmo dia, a geladeira não gelava a contento, no dia tinha chovido na cidade e ao ligarmos o ar condicionado(modelos antigos) espirrou água dentro do apto, ao ligarmos o chuveiro elétrico faltava energia em todo o apartamento. O Sr Roberto se mostrou bastante solícito, mas é urgente que se façam reparos no apartamento 1706 que foi o que me hospedei.
