Will not disappoint!
Absolutely perfect! We will be going back. The cabins were beautiful, clean and cozy. The fire pit had lots of wood and was relaxing. There was no internet and phone service was minimal but it was exactly what we both needed!! Thank you!

Cabin was well equipped and comfortable. The deer outside every night and morning was a pleasant bonus. We stayed 7 nights, would have loved a broom or vacuum to clean the floor up. We’ll stay here again.

Piece of perfection
Brilliant, what an amazing view, beautiful area and so close to Custer and everything going on around the area. The property was perfect, do we'll put together and lovely to stay in. So easy to check in and out and super peaceful. Also worth noting cell signal was good enough in the area!

I really did enjoy this cabin. My only issue there is no oven so you can’t cook forcing you to eat out or barbecue only.

Cozy
Excellent location, cabins could be cleaned a bit better and the beds are awful! Also, cleaning lady came before we were checked out and didn’t even knock to see if we were still in there!

Best place ever. Extremely well cared for property off the beaten path. Small pond for catch and release fishing, fire wood provided, and tons of wild life to see in the evening. We love staying here.

Beautiful, well built log cabin. Cozy, quiet and clean. Refrigerator with freezer, but no indoor cooking facilities other than a coffeemaker — with coffee provided. Weber charcoal grill available. We particularly appreciated the boatload of dry split firewood for the fire pit! Dark sky showed us magnificent astrological productions each evening. Convenient Black Hills location just 4 miles west of downtown Custer. Great spot. Don’t let the lack of cellular or wi-fi stop you. It’s only a minor inconvenience; signals available in town. You should stay here!

Absolutely Wonderful!
Our stay at Gold Camp Cabins was absolutely wonderful. Our family of five traveled to South Dakota from Texas and booked here because it was affordable and we liked the idea of having a cabin to ourselves instead of a hotel room. We stayed for four nights, and we were really thankful that we stayed here the whole time. It was convenient to everything we visited (We saw everything we could from Devil’s Tower in the west to Badlands National Park in the east). The cabin was so clean and well constructed. Though it was cozy, it was absolutely perfect for us. Each of us had a bed, and with the kitchenette and eating space, we were able to do breakfast in the cabin and prepare lunch everyday. Our kids loved playing volleyball out back, and we were impressed with how well-kept the lawn was. We had to call the office a couple of times during our stay, and they were immediately responsive both times. When we left, we felt like we were leaving our home away from home…and we commented that if we ever visit South Dakota again, this is where we would want to stay.
