They said that there was no romm available for 3 people. We paid for two rooms but one of the rooms was with beds for three. I was too tired to discuss and restart check in.

The staff in this hotel were "amazingly friendly and very caring. The hotel room were very small and the beds were very small and used single foam not mattress. For an elderly its very dangerous as they can sit and the whole foam can collapse. There is no hand or face towels just 2 bath towel. There was no cleaning of the room till the 3rd day of stay. The elevator fits about 2-4 but very small and slow specially when your on the top floor. The breakfast was dissapointing. Was expecting lots of fresh fruits but only watermelon sitting from overnights as the sides are dried out and hard melons as well as mushy pineapples. The bread was hard and the eggs were mixed with some other products that didn't taste like eggs. The fresh juice tasted from concentrated. The best part was the coffee machine made great cappuccino. The price was fair and location was good next to supermarket and mall and transportation.

No primeiro dia, dormi em uma cama extremamente desconfortável. No segundo dia, dormi com frio por falta de cobertores. No último dia, tomei um café da manhã sem café e com poucas opções de alimentos. Minha experiência foi muito abaixo do padrão esperado para a rede Ibis e do valor pago pela estadia. Espero que essa reclamação seja levada a sério e que medidas sejam tomadas para corrigir essas falhas, tanto no atendimento quanto nas condições de infraestrutura.

Péssima infraestrutura quando está cheio
Tivemos um casamento em Mogi, optamos por ficar no íbis por ser uma rede renomada. O quarto é moderno e limpo, mas o hotel no geral não tem a menor infraestrutura para receber os hóspedes quando está cheio. Haviam 2 casamentos no mesmo final de semana, o hotel estava abarrotado. Mais de 20 minutos na fila em pé para fazer check in, o hotel só possui 2 elevadores pequenos e extremamente lentos, tive que descer de escada com salto e roupa de gala pois era impossível pegar o elevador (demorava uma eternidade para chegar e quando chegava estava sempre cheio). O café da manhã foi vergonhoso, não tinha reposição de nada, não conseguimos garfo, prato (tivemos que colocar a comida num pires), ovo, pão. Comemos numa mesa suja que ninguém limpou porque era a única disponível. A estrutura é nova, porém os funcionários e o tamanho não comportam lotação completa. Infelizmente foi uma experiência pessima.
