Great Area - No Hot Water and Warm
Well it was nice and clean and relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and no complaints there. The location was amazing it’s in the center of everything, has no trouble reaching any destination within a 20 minute walk! Two bad points - the hot water was virtually non existent in the shower. Taking a cold shower with the water turned all the way to hot was a total bummer. Also with the water all the way on hot it was a little trickle. The other negative was the AC - air conditioning. No matter what the setting it willl only go down to 23 - almost 76 degrees. It made for a quiet uncomfortable sleep, unless you like it warm while sleeping. This was in room number 1, maybe the other rooms are different. I’d definitely stay in this area again but likely at a more expensive property if I were looking since I’m assuming the price was related to hot water and warm air conditioning.

Was assured before checkin that all rooms have double glazed windows but still very noisy. I used similar city centre locations in NY, Paris and London but none of them had such noise coming through. Was offered a more secluded room but we didn’t take it, as it was a much smaller room. Definitely not suitable for light sleepers. Location was outstanding but have to walk about 3 minutes to another hotel for the breakfast.

Great spot,
This is a great location, near all of the sights. They were very accommodating with our late check-in and early check-out. Only thing I would mention is their reception is only open from 9am - 4pm. So if you come early/leave late you will have to coordinate before hand. But it was very easy to let ourselves in!

A lovely apartment in the centre of Rome within close walking proximity to all of the main attractions, as well as easy access to public transport. We loved that the location was fairly convenient, only a 5 min walk to Parthenon, 10 min walk to Campo de Fiori, yet it was fairly quiet in the evening. It is a quaint property, part of a larger very hold historic building so you need to have a bit of patience with that (elevator only takes you part way up, etc.). But overall we liked this property and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was in a separate building but only a 3 min walk, and the staff there was awesome, making omelets, specialty coffees, etc., and the breakfast balcony was really cute and peaceful.
