We enjoyed every minute of our stay!! The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding!! They couldn't do enough for us and helped in every way - even arriving at our door at 4:00 am to give us a breakfast to take to the airport! The staff at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli were very kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the souq. However, the overall experience did not live up to a five-star standard. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom did not appear properly cleaned, which was disappointing. While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall luxury experience to truly meet five-star expectations.

The location of Souq Waqif cannot be beat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the falcon souq, stables of camels and horses, craft and art boutiques and studios. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Souq Waqif is an excellent choice for Doha visitors

Great location if you want to be in the heart of the Souq Waqif in Doha. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurant options, the Gold Souq, the Corniche and the train station. The Souq taxi stand is also close by. The bed was comfortable and the decor reminded you of staying in a Riad. Definitely recommend.
