The location of the place is kinda far away from the city center, however it is perfectly reachable by bus or the metro. The hotel itself is fine and affordable, but the cleaning service has to be better and the WiFi barely work... if you are staying in this hotel, consider all this factors.

Staying in Casa La Salle
Casa La Salle is a very nice and cosy place with nice views. They staff are very helpful. The location is quite suitable, near the Vatican city and not so far from Venezia, the centre of attractions in Rome.

I liked the spaciousness of the whole facility with a beautiful garden close to it. Also close to the Supermarket, Mc Donald’s and Cornelia Metro Station and some bars for a delicious coffee.

Value for Money
This is my second stay in Casa La Salle and I am generally satisfied with both stays. The Irnerio area is generally safe with good Metro and bus connections. There are many restaurants to choose from and there is a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and towels are replaced daily if requested. The buffet breakfast is also quite sumptuous.

This has been my choice of hotel to stay in Rome for several years. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It is a quiet place near public transportation. I enjoy being in a residential neighborhood without the noise and rush of tourists, but it is easy to get to the center.

The De La Salle guesthouse is a perfect fit for those travelers who do not want to hear the street noise and come to a sanctuary of sorts after long days.
The staff were helpful, the rooms were quiet and simple. The property is big and has hosted the Sallians order I believe? I saw directors in paintings going back to 1782 so the place has been around for a while.
If you want peaceful, and possibly to eat well at breakfast, then this is your spot . It was a 7 minute walk to the metro.

We have got a room with a large hall/second room/living room.
The hotel has very long corridors and we probably had the last room. It’s more like a campus or conventional centre.
Nice staff and atmosphere (small chapels, priests).

Very peaceful grounds, kind and accommodating staf
It’s close to the metro which is a must! Hotel staff were very accommodating! Had a small issue in my room and got new room immediately without concern, very helpful and kind staff. Fantastic breakfast and they even facilitated takeaway breakfast for the mornings I was leaving early. Had a comfortable room and great en-suite, everything is cleaned throughly daily! I was late back a few times and unfortunately caught the attention of a couple of males in the town as I was walking-was my first and only very uncomfortable walk back to the hotel and this is the reason I didn’t give full marks on location however I do appreciate this incident had nothing to do with the hotel, the hotel itself is a bit far from centre but metro is so great and only over 5mins walk. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very peaceful!!! I stayed for 9nights.

Good location, 5 mins walk from metro stop. Shuffle stibus from airport worked well and stopped 8 mins walk away. Well looked after large property with gardens. Quiet location despite being near a main road. Clean, simple accommodation and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Locker room for vaulables or baggage and large reading room were all useful at various times. Excellent value, we were a family with teenage children using 2 separate rooms next to each other. We all enjoyed it (wifi fine for teenagers) and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks.

Best kept secret in Rome!
Casa La Salle is the best kept secret in Rome! Just make sure to get a Roma Pass at the Termini and take the metro to it. It is a guesthouse/retreat with lovely gardens outside the main core of Rome, but still on the metro/bus line. The staff are absolutely wonderful. It's a simple set up. I had an en suite room. Breakfast was included.
