Tahoe
Clean place with nice view. Check in a little funky with a video (no on-site person), but it worked eventually .

8/10 Very good

Great value- basically ended up being a townhome with two condos in it. Very lodge-like, with a huge jetted tub, two kitchens and a nice little patio and balcony. Great location in Incline. The check in process was frustrating- there isn’t a person on site- you pick up a phone. They were very confused and I ended up on hold for 15 minutes while they figured it out, then was sent to another location. It worked out though and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place to stay! A little hard to find at first you have to take a sharp right and go past another set of condos but once you find it the location is amazing! The views are a little obstructive by trees but you can still see the lake from the balcony and the master suite. It was 5 minutes from diamond peak where we went skiing. I would definitely book here again.

Amazing place to stay
My friends and I absolutely loved this place. I don't understand the negative reviews on here. Super close to diamond peak resort. Check-in was super duper easy, took less than 15mins. We came into a check-in room and video chatted with a lady who printed room keys and parking passes or us. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Someone did park in our parking spot but a staff on site helped us contact the car owner to move the car. The house inside was flawless!!! Very roomy but nice and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, salt, pepper, etc. There was also a beautiful fireplace and firewood included. There was also a balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. Internet was really slow though, but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Overall, I loved this place and highly recommend it!!!

Spacious rooms and good location
This is not a hotel. It is a condo timeshare development. There is no live manager on site, they are available by video phone in a small office area or phone from your room. Our assigned parking space was taken by another guest, but we were able to find another spot further away. Decor is dated but clean and comfortable. Good value for the price we paid midweek in September. Because it is not a hotel, there is no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, creamer, etc. - things I still expected for a two night stay. There is a full size kitchen, but you need to provide all of your own cooking supplies such as oil, spices, condiments - things a VRBO rental would normally have on hand for you. The listing should have mentioned these things so we could have been prepared - especially no coffee!

2/10 Poor

no one there
Buyer beware - there is no one onsite - they have a room with a TV and do everything remotely, talking to you over the TV. However my room key did not work and so for a couple hours or so I stood there trying to assist them with the key making machine and printer, etc until finally help arrived from another location via car. I wasn't able to get into my room and was exhausted as it was late. They agreed to comp me for my troubles and were very nice, bit it is a risky set up. The condo was cold, but couldn't figure out how to adjust the temp and didn't see instructions and so went to bed. In the morning, I took a shower and it set off the smoke alarm which I fanned with a towel and it fell off the ceiling...ugh... There was no coffee. I understand when you are staying for a week, you don't expect coffee for a week, but come on, you should have enough for one day as most provide. The location and views are and cleanliness were good. The unit was a bit dated, but fine. A good amount of space. I think they say ski in/out and it is very close, but about a mile walk to the ski entrance so not quite.

6/10 Good

Nice place, rotten check-in
The condo was beautiful. The kitchen does not have any upper cupboards so finding items were kind of funky. The kitchen could use basic spices...salt, sugar, etc. Check-in was AWFUL. It is a virtual check it where you talk to a camera, get greeted by a person on a television screen, and room key cards are printed while you wait. I arrived at 11:00pm, and the "receptionist" was "busy"...it took me 45 minutes of waiting in a small room staring at a blank screen before I got checked in. Ruined the who stay.
