Al ir allí no me abrieron el timbre. Llame al teléfono y me comentaron que habia sido un error porque solo abren los meses de verano, no me pude alojar y me tuve que buscar otra cosa. Al hacer la reserva CONFIRMEN QUE ESTE ABIERTO.

Muy céntrico. Buena atención, limpieza y comodidad. Si te molesta el ruido de la calle y no quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada, mejor pedir una habitación de interior.

Horrible
Mon ami et moi avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel, mais une semaine avant notre arrivée l’hotel m’a envoyé un mail en m’annonçant que l’on nous avait changé d’hotel sans aucune raison valable et surtout sans nous avoir dit quoi que ce soit!! Je ne trouve pas ça professionnel du tout, je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne.

Good location but the bathrooms are out of the room. The place doesn't allow to cancel the reservation once you complete the process. Expedia's search engine doesn't recognize when you are traveling with kids.

Location is just perfect for beach, shopping and dining. Thank you for making our stay as cosy and comfortable as possible. Felt like home :)

Hôtel bien situé mais impossible de dormir
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des plages, le centre de la ville etc. Le personnel était très accueillant et nous a donné des conseils utiles sur les restos du coin et les choses à visiter. En revanche, l'(absence de l')isolation sonore est un très gros défaut. Les portes des chambres donnent sur un hall commun avec les salles de bains/toilettes. Les deux nuits qu'on a passé à San Sebastian on entendait les gens arriver jusqu'au moins 2h du matin (alors que certains faisaient même l'effort de faire le moins de bruit possible): les claquements des portes, le bruit des salles de bains et toilettes... on a pas pu se reposer.

Nice place for one night
Perfect place to stay for just one night. Super kind staff. Maybe the price for renting bike where a bit expensive, since they where not in super good condition and also it where really warm in our room since the fan didn't work so good.

Great place for a weekend trip in San Sebastian.
Great place if you want to save some €€! The room was clean and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay at a place if you want so save some money. Still had great access to public transportation and the beach was within walking distance.

Maybe for now, yes in the future
This place has the potential to be very nice, but I would say it's just not quite there yet. Our private room was nice, and we were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff, however the building next door is undergoing heavy renovations and smack on 8am the builders started drilling and banging what felt like centimeters from our heads.
