Fairly comfortable bed but a bit noisy. Able to hear people in other rooms and doors banging etc. Not much in the local area but 5 mins from metro. Better than most hotels in the centre so represents good value if you don't mind commuting.

Lot of noise outside my room, doors slamming and smoke alarm going off early in morning. Non smoking hotel with hallway that always smelt like smoke.
