No shuttle just want money
just after money! you are asked to pay for dinner before seeing it, we got a cheese plate from a machine & when I I got up for a glass of wine it was stolen. No free shuttle you must walk 5 min which can be a mile in the cold with bags for the airport shuttle call a taxi which the hotel adds 100% to or pay what was the taxi fare but for each person

Great location; terrible hotel! Service and clerks were very rude. Breakfast was so so. Great if you like cold pancakes, awful if you like eggs and meat. There was none. No extra pillows or blankets available. Weak shower, but hot water was good. Hard beds. No bottled water . I’d stay anywhere else but here. We’ve stayed in great Holiday Inn Express Hotels, but this one is awful. They were supposed to have a full breakfast, but it’s continental.

Great service - room is great for short stays
Check in was quite easy and straightforward. Clerk was extremely pleasant and kind. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Coffee machines were breaking down and if breakfast is served until 10, don't take the food away at 9:45.

Overnight stay during layover. Almost everything was good. Like proximity to airport. A few faults: 1. While the hotel and room was very clean overall, saw some hair in the shower. 2. Had to wait till the announced 6am start for breakfast (many people were waiting) though they did put out croissant and coffee earlier for those who couldn't wait. However, for hot food, only bacon was served and what looked like the scrambled egg dish stood empty for at least 15mins or so when I left. 3. The website advertized free shuttle included. This is NOT the hotel shuttle but the CDGVAL shuttle of the airport. There is an additional 3min walk from the airport shuttle to the hotel. Was an easy walk but they didn't make that clear.

Nice hotel with a few not-so-great surprises
Great, clean hotel with a few unpleasant things to note. 2 adults, 1 child on night before flying back to USA. Cons: The "shuttle" to the airport is just the airport's train which runs through a nearby parking lot. With heavy luggage and a grouchy child it was too much for 5am and the long travel day we had ahead of us. Normally the 10-minute walk wouldn't phase me, but in this case, I would probably get a taxi for the sake of ease. When I hear "shuttle", I generally think of a van/bus pickup at the hotel door. The heat was on high when we arrived in the room and it was so stuffy and hot. I called the desk b/c the thermostat wouldn't work, and they said we could only turn off the heat and open the window. The window opened 4-5 inches total, and even with it being so cold outside, the room never cooled down to a comfortable temp. Add in the noise pollution from the airport and traffic and it made for a rough night. (To be fair, I forgot to check the AC amenity when booking b/c I know this is normal in France, but American brand hotels usually still have AC in Paris.) Pros: Dinner from the restaurant was decent and plentiful. (There is no room service, but they let us take food to the room on a tray.) For every human interaction we received excellent service. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Despite it being a great hotel, I probably won't return - AC and shuttle are pretty essential for me personally. If you don't desire these amenities, I highly recommend it.
