We reached late and check in was closed. But no worries, everything was arranged and we received our room card with a code from the locker. Good and ray service. Room is clean and the Hotel is very good located.

Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center). I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to visit Innsbruck but not break the bank.
