Amazing stay! The staff was wonderful, especially Eva; she arranged a hotel transfer for us and was a wealth of information about the local area. We were fortunate to see the northern lights, which were easily visible in the parking lot of the hotel. Book this hotel and don’t look back.

Out of the 6 hotels we stayed in Iceland, this one had the smallest rooms. Not very soundproof. The queen and twin options are grouped together for booking however when we asked for a twin room, we were told we had to pay an upgrade fee. When I pointed that out to the receptionist, they didn’t respond. Then they looked on the computer and told me they had no rooms available for twin and asked if “is it a big deal?”.

The hotel was nice and the staff was courteous. There is no sidewalk from parking so it may be difficult to drag your luggage and on top of that there were steps to go to our room.
