Desde da chegada os atendentes não se mostraram receptivos. O quarto apresentava infiltrações. No café da manhã os colaboradores não foram atenciosos, e tão logo as comidas não foram repostas, quando iam acabando. No final ainda fui cobrado, ante a falta de atenção do atendente

Paguei a noite de 24/09 e cheguei dia 25 às 10h. Perguntei ao recepcionista se seria possível cobrar meia diária e ele disse que não. Perguntei se poderíamos tomar café pq tínhamos saído às 2h de casa e ele tb não permitiu. O café é das 7h às 10h então pra quem está a trabalho não é um bom horário. Se chegar às 7h para o cafe algumas coisas ainda nao terão sido colocadas. O quarto era muito pequeno e na primeira noite tinha um gato miando na nossa porta. Há uma academia no fundo do hotel então tem muito barulho dos pesos batendo no chão. Na manhã seguinte acordei com uma barata no quarto. A limpeza só é feita se solicitada e após terem feito a limpeza a barata continuava lá. Funcionários com muita má vontade, inclusive o gerente. Não recomendo esse hotel.

Algumas observações a fazer sobre a minha hospedagem no Hotel Por do Sol: 1- PRÓS: a) Localização boa (próximo ao shopping Tapajós, ao Aeroporto, à padaria Bompão e o hotel fica em uma avenida em que passa muitas opções de linhas de ônibus, inclusive, com ônibus direto para Alter do Chão. b) O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura, considerando o porte da cidade de Santarém. CONTRAS: a) Café da Manhã: eu daria uma nota regular. Sugestão: ter leite em pó e que o ovo mexido seja cozido no leite, como é feito em muitos hotéis. b) Ter salame nos frios. c) Em relação ao atendimento: dar treinamento aos recepcionistas, para que o atendimento seja mais profissional. Fui pedir 1 rolo de papel higiênico ao recepcionista e ele me questionou se o rolo que tinha no meu quarto não dava para aquele dia. d) Reclamei de um barulho estrondoso no apto 305, embora fosse intermitente, incomodava quando o barulho acontecia. Parecia que ia desabar o teto. O recepcionista me disse que falou com uma funcionária do hotel e que ela havia lhe dito que o barulho era causado por pombos. Só se for um pombo ninja, porque o estrondo é bem forte. e) Fiquei hospedado por 2 dias. No 2º dia, pedi arrumação no quarto. Não deixei as toalhas no chão pois há um lembrete no banheiro informando que ela são trocadas se o hóspede as coloca no chão. Como achei que não era necessário trocá-las, não as deixei no chão. No entanto, imagina-se que, pelo menos, a roupa de cama é trocada, como acontece em todo
