Absolutely disappointed. We asked for a refund because the pool and slide were closed and the only reason we picked this hotel was to enjoy the time with our kids. We were never issued a refund and I know if someone cared they could make it happen. We will never be using Hotels.com again even though we’ve used them for all our travels the last 7 years or so. We never even stayed at the hotel and went for great Wolfe lodge instead.
