All in all a nice stay
All in all a nice stay. Most staff nice and friendly. Nice pool and outdoor area. However lacked a lot on the cleaning. Were told room would be cleaned every day, but only experienced it partly some of the days. Remember to ask for a room above ground level as most rooms face directly into parking lot. Funny smell in the room from the kitchen drain, hotel tried to overscent it with parfumed air freshener. It is an apartment, but we had no kitchen wear, maybe it can be supplied?

Das Hotel können wir unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Sehr saubere Zimmer / Hotelanlage. Unser Hund wurde freundlich empfangen und hat diverse Leckereien von der Belegschaft erhalten. Die Apartemens sind sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Sowohl Frühstück, als auch das Abendbuffet ( ein Gericht jeden Abend frisch vom Koch zubereitet) waren sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wollten erst auswärts Essen, aber bei dem Angebot blieben wir im Hotel. Hat uns sehr gefallen und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel etwa 1 km vom felsigen Strand entfernt. Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Buffets (Frühstück und Abends) sind reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Pool ist perfekt temperiert. Unbedingt Zimmer nach vorne (Meerblick) buchen und den Strand rechts der Lagune besuchen (Richtung Porec).

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern 8 Tage hier und hatten wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Personal, egal ob Rezeption, Service oder Hotelleitung, ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Apartements werden täglich gereinigt und sind ausreichend groß. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Es gibt täglich frisches Obst und ein Salatbuffet sowie sehr gute Fleischgerichte und frischen Fisch. An der Poolbar bekommt man den ganzen Tag über eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Eis. Diese werden sogar bis an die Poolliege serviert. Ausreichend Liegen waren übrigens immer da, egal zu welcher Tageszeit und es gab einen kostenlosen Handtuchservice am Pool. Was ich noch besonders erwähnen möchte ist, dass man hier auch bei Problemen oder Fragen ernst genommen wird: Ich habe gleich nach der ersten Nacht mit der Hotelleitung gesprochen und ihr erzählt, dass mir die Matratze zu hart ist und ich aufgrund meiner Schwangerschaft Rückenschmerzen habe und gefragt ob Sie evtl. eine weiche Auflage o.Ä. da hätten um das etwas auszugleichen. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist die Hotelleitung in unserem Apartement gewesen um das Bett auszumessen, ist losgefahren und kam nach einer halben Stunde mit neu gekauften (!!!) weichen Toppern für das Bett zurück. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt! Hier legt man wirklich wert auf die Zufriedenheit des Gastes. Nochmal vielen Dank!
