The staff were friendly and professional- especially Marissa who always remembered our preferred drinks.
The food was exceptional and the room was spacious and spotless.
For the first 3 days we had to have our air conditioning reset several times per day and although the staff were quick to do so, this was not ideal.
On the 4th day, after speaking with the manager in the morning, a technician was brought in and the AC worked properly for the remainder of our stay.
On the 5th day, when we came back to our room in the evening, we found a hand written note from the hotel apologizing for our inconvenience and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge! - a classy gesture on their part.
You can tell a lot about a place from the way they respond to problems. We would stay here again.
