Hotel ótimo. Atendimento muito bom, destaque ao funcionário Miguel. Estrutura de piscinas excelente. Deixou um pouco a desejar o café da manhã sendo sempre o mesmo, não tendo novidades durante toda a estadia. Achei também que poderiam dar a cortesia do Pet, mas foi avisado com antecedência que seria cobrado por dia de permanência. No hotel como um todo daria nota 9,00.

Amamos a experiencia de nos hospedarmos aqui, todos os funcionários são super prestativos, atenciosos, e a estrutura de lazer do hotel é muito boa ! Café da manhã bem gostoso e as piscinas maravilhosas ! Como o edificio é antigo algumas coisas carecem de manutenção, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro do quarto na primeira noite, mas foi prontamente resolvido.

Estadia muito boa, profissionais simpáticos mas a comida não é tão saborosa. Os camarões não são frescos(são congelados) e a hidromassagem do quarto não estava devidamente limpa. No quarto havia manchas na parede precisando de limpeza ou pintura. A área externa é muito boa, muitas piscinas e opções de lazer para a família. Na propriedade rondam vários gatinhos e visivelmente magros e mal cuidados. Provavelmente os hóspedes teriam uma outra visão do dono se os animais que circulam por lá fossem alimentados e bem tratados.

Acesso do hotel é feito por estrada de areia de +/-2km. Bonita, mas carros 4x2 podem atolar. Área do Hotel muito boa e bonita. Os funcionários forma prestativos. Não gostei dos animais soltos pelo restaurante (galinhas, Saguis e gatos). Não é higiênico. No dia um sagui 'roubou' comida da mesa onde estavam os alimentos. Outro ponto à melhorar são as instalações dos quartos. Estive no ano passado neste mesmo hotel e dentro de um ano é notável como as peças de madeira, como portas e o balcão da pia, assim como a parte externa do frigobar estavam sem manutenção, com aspecto deteriorado e enferrujado. Um boa manutenção solucuinaria isso. De resto, voltaria a me hospedar no Hotel pois, fora estes dois pontos, é bem agradável e 'Instagramável' :).
