Sarande is beautiful, the people are amazing. But be prepared as it is built on the side of hills which is not a problem unless you are mobility challenged, then stay as close to on the Promenade as possible.

Everything from bus stops, ferry port, clothes shops, market, bars, clubs, restaurants and beach in close proximity of very short walking distance
