The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Leon and Kresimir.
We were upgraded to a large room, which was clean and had everything we needed except an Iron and the bathroom was still quite small.
The booking included breakfast and dinner, which really let the hotel down. The food was not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was a very basic European breakfast (croissants/ham/pastries/pancakes), limited fruit and it wasn’t clear what you could order, for example, there was no scrambled eggs or omelettes on display, however if you asked for it, it could be made for you. Dinner was the same meal every night, however they allowed us to change it as a favour, but it lacked flavour and portions were tiny so we ate out for a few nights.
Private use of the spa was good, the room had 2 lounge chairs, a shower, sauna and steam room, with plenty of towels & slippers.
