Don't book this hotel
The entrance to the hotel is very bad. The street is slippery because of the snow, all taxi drivers do not want to reach this hotel. It's just a bad choice, and a waste of time and money

Alors passez le voir il vous parlera anglais... The room i stayed in was extremely small & very dirty as well as lacking the basic amenities .. there wasn't even a single towel in the toilet & when i complained about that to the hotel manager he said take it or leave it he doesn't care !! arrived there at 11 pm & couldn't stay so i left at 4 am the next day , a total devastating experience .. Please don't even think of staying there ..

The staff very nice ,friendly and helpful.the place condition in general not bad but some need to repaired and in full function state like broken door showers or TV remotes.The rooms need to be seriously cleaned means no dust under beds or hair from previous users should be left around on the floor or somewhere else in the room.

The motel is new and clean. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is close to taksim and transportation. The internet was good. The only short coming is for non smokers. If smocking irritates you this motel is not a good option
