"Check in was very easy. The hotel messaged us before we arrived to see when we would be arriving and what type of beds we needed in our apartment. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They gave us a map and recommendations for restaurants near by. Our one bedroom apartment was very cute with everything we needed. There was a little noise from upstairs and the street but the bedroom was very quiet and the air conditioning was appreciated. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if we are back in Lisbon"
"As a first time International Solo traveler, this hotel was everything I could have hoped for. The Staff helped me navigate the Metro and get aclimated my first couple days. Breackfast onsite was perfect and the coffee is to die for. I would highly reccommend Dear Losbon :)"
"Because the staff are so friendly and accommodating , this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever enjoyed . It’s centrally located for many sites and great public transportation to other sites . The breakfast was terrific! "
"The property was fantastic and the staff could not have been more kind and flexible. From ordering breakfast with the simplicity of a text message, the staff were always available and everything was so easy!
We checked in at night and the area felt a little bit sketchy (it is definitely right up in a very popular nightlife area with people out VERY late) but the area was super cleaned up by morning and felt safe. The building itself has ample layers of security and the apartments are so well appointed, clean, and have every convenience you can think of! Easily walkable to many tourist areas!
Highly recommend The House on Pink Street!"
"My wife and i absolutely loved this hotel. As frequent worldwide travellers, we have stayed at some of the nicest hotels globally and this one was nothing short of excellent. Amazing location, beautiful, very clean, great large rooms, fantastic bed, beautiful washroom (with built in Bluetooth speakers and heated floors) wonderful staff. Nothing negative to say. Don’t hesitate in booking/staying here. "
"We arrived before noon but they let us in our room so we could fresh up and go out. Bed was so comfortable didn’t want to get out. Big windows height sealing, bright bathroom. The room was beautiful. "
