"Quarto espaçoso com cama XL confortável e boa localização. Kitchenette pouco equipada, sem máquina de café nem local para o lixo — tivemos de usar o do quarto. Só soubemos que era preciso pedir o kit de loiça quando vimos que não havia utensílios. Piscina agradável, mas pouquíssimas espreguiçadeiras e o chão para estender toalhas estava frequentemente molhado devido à rega das plantas."

"Outstanding hotel. Renovated house from the XVIII century, turned into a wonderful boutique hotel. Easy to find, with plenty of available parking in the street nearby. The quality of the linens, bed sheets, towels and bathroom amenities were superb. Very comfy bed, great sleep quality. The staff was excellent. "Beautifully remodeled property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Located right in the middle of town, within easy access to shopping and 5 minute walk to Parking area. Can’t park nearby so don’t even try (damaged both bumpers after Google misdirected is down the narrow streets to a nearby unloading area). Better to park and carry your stuff. "

"Bad experience, found a live roach in the room, the A/C wouldn’t work (in spite of front desk programming it, it went off shortly after), the lights wouldn’t work until front attendant came to turn on breaker. No bar soap to wash hands. Base boards and floor in room looked filthy. Booked two rooms and both had similar problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Selected hotel based on good rating and positive reviews on hotels.com; however, these were obviously misleading."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful historical building. It has both an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are also very comfortable. The only drawback is that our room was situated near a noisy street, especially at night. "

Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family.
