Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Excellent soundproofing against busy street outside when windows were closed at night. Will definitely be one of the choices for Hamburg hotels again.

The location was quiet and a short walk to the main sightseeing attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Not much to fault.

The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom...

It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

Rent og pænt hotel. Gode senge, god udsigt, roligt og dejligt område og fine parkeringsforhold. Alt er i gå afstand. Morgenmaden var rigtig god men savnede dog lidt kage og nutella. Et ægte Mercure hotel, på den måde at alting var i orden.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ansprechend. Leider war das Zimmer für 4 Personen sehr klein. Was auch gut wäre, wenn es ein kleines Gym im Hotel geben würde. Es gibt zwar eine Sauna, aber das ist auch nicht für jeden was. Die Umgebung vom Hotel bietet leider nichts ansprechendes. Es gibt zwei Tankstellen. Alles andere wirkt wie Gewerbe. Man benötigt ein Auto oder Transportmöglichkeit. Allerdings ist man dann in 5-10 min in der Hafen-City.

Hotellet är bra. Frukost och bar bra. Receptions-personalen höll inte samma standard som hotellet i övrigt. Rekommenderas med hyfsat centralt läge, dock långt ifrån u-bahn.

Eher ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel und für den Preis dann leider wirklich zu teuer und zu wenig. Das der Aufzug unseren kompletten Aufenthalt (3 Tage) defekt war und nur einer für alle Gäste zu Verfügung stand war nicht gut aber okay… Der Parkplatz für Hotelgäste (28€ pro Tag) kostet weit mehr als umliegende Parkhäuser und daher leider auch absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Beim Einchecken wurden wir recht genervt von einer Dame in meiner Meinung nach unpassender Freizeitkleidung begrüßet was ich für vier Sterne und den Preis sehr schwierig finde. Die Zimmer sind mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet aber auch nicht mit mehr. Der Fön ist eine einzige Katastrophe und gehört in den Müll. Sauberkeit ok aber nicht super gut. Das Frühstück war auf jeden Fall sehr reichhaltig allerdings eher weniger für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten oder Veganer*innen geeignet. Kaum Ersatz Produkte keine Heißgetränk mit anderer Milch und kein glutenfreies Brot. Allem in allem okay würde es aber auf keinen Fall für den Preis empfehlen.
