Such a nice place for the price!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is, for under $100/night. Staffwas super friendly at check-in. Rooms were clean, had a nice size tv, pillows, sheets, & beds were all comfortable. Pool & hot tub temps were perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great 3 night stay,

We were in Joliet for 3 nights at the Old Canal Days in Lockport as an Art Vendor. This place had excellent guest reception, great breakfast, a pool and allowed my pet for a minimum fee of 10$. Wow it was a great stay! I woul give it 5 stars, but only one fork in the room and no wash cloths. Otherwise, I will still try to make my long trip stays a Main Stay!

Guy who checked me In was amazing! Explained to me the hot tub had a film on it but they didn’t want guests to be worried so they were putting an out of order sign on it but said I could still use it. The next day I was told by 2 different people to get out and I explained what was said to me but they still insisted so I got out. Pool was so nice and warm though so it worked out.

Everything was okay until the heat/AC did not work but the front desk man fixed the issue. Also the room did not have much lightening. The facility and rooms were clean and I would stay again. Parking lot is very SMALL needs a bigger parking lot. I had to park in the other hotel parking lot.

Housekeeping doesn’t come to clean your room regularly, even if you request them to and are not in room. I asked a couple of times for fresh sheets before checking out, but never received any. I stayed for 11 days, and my room was only cleaned once by housekeepers. Besides that, pretty great place and I enjoyed my stay. Love how peaceful, clean, and quiet the property is. The kitchenette is nicely updated. I was tempted to extend my stay😊! Will be back in near future.

One night stay

I booked a one night stay for my family member. When I checked him in, the woman at the front desk for very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the vending machines in the lobby area were not stocked. Which left very little to choose from. After he choose something from the machine, the microwave did not work in his room. There wasn't a microwave anywhere else except for the breakfast room. The woman at the front desk was very kind and opened it for him to heat his food. The room wasn't extremely clean, sheets were changed but looked dingy.
