Tired property. Bed was seriously uncomfortable and worn flat. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom was good, but drains were slow, clogged.

Door card reader rarely worked. Had to try key many times. Sometimes red light would come on but most times no light would come on and wouldn’t unlock. Tried both key cards and same experience so I figure the door reader is the issue. Very annoying when arms full and unable to unlock room I paid for.

No one was ever at the front desk. There were several cockroaches in our room and hallways. Very strong smell of cleaning supplies in the room was a bit much. The staff was nice when we could find them.
